Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

I have been suffering with discomfort from my upper intestine through lower bowel for about eight to ten months. It seems like it could be diarrhea but it wasn’t exactly like diarrhea. I thought it would eventually resolve itself. I thought it could be an allergic reaction to a food I was eating. The longer this condition persisted I began thinking that it might be a condition known as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I began searching the internet for symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome and I found that my symptoms matched. I thought I would search the internet for herbal remedies. I found the following herbs to be helpful in clearing this condition: ginger root, red clover, alfalfa, aloe vera, slippery elm, valerian root, licorice root, garlic bulb, and fennel seed. I found that in our store we had five of these herbs. So I selected alfalfa, slippery elm, licorice root, garlic bulb, and fennel seed. I began to take three capsules of each herb three to four times a day. As of this writing it has been about two weeks. The symptoms are approximately 90% cleared. I will continue to take the capsules at this rate until the symptoms are totally cleared.
